Round the North island Leg One update from Truxton
Truxton worked hard on the long hot leg from Auckland to Manganui.
We had a good start and managed to keep moving most of the time with a lucky break at Tutukaka managing to stay in some breeze and get away from the pack.
The wind-seeker was the sail of the leg and managed to magically find some wind for us.
1st on line and 1st on handicap in our division was an awesome result and we are looking forward to getting in to Wellington.
